‘High above’ is relative, particularly when it comes to the Weinviertel, where the highest point is below 500m and the clouds and sky are always far away. That said, there are some beautiful spots with amazing views over the landscapes below – in some places even across national borders. From the panorama point on the Oberleiser Berg hill you can see all the way to the Rax and Schneeberg mountains, the Carpathians and the Pálava Hills in the neighbouring Czech Republic.
